Obama Wins: Geography flub in Cartman's travels

Postby Lyon82 » Thu Nov 08, 2012 9:02 pm

In Obama wins and Cartman is flying around between every swing state has him visit Ohio with Central Time listed. Ohio is eastern time zone.

Of course, the midwest is flyover country to most people with that little oasis of civilization that is Chicago. Ohio is about as entertaining to drive through as Nebraska... just with a better town to corn/cow ratio.

Of course there is also at least one box in Cartman's room listed as Idaho, which is the furthest thing from a swing state.

And then there's the blooper in which Cartman was in Ohio and Nevada at the same time - 5 pm Central and 3 pm Pacific respectively. Now, since Ohio is in Eastern time, fixing the Ohio blooper fixes both bloopers, and all Cartman would need is a supersonic plan to make it from Ohio to Las Vegas in less than an hour.

I wouldn't put it past the Chinese to have some hyperdimensional portal thing (ripped off of the Japanese who modified some throwaway NASA project) to let Cartman use.

Which then leaves the question of when the heck did Cartman make it over to Idaho? Was he trying to make the state look competitive or something?
