Is something going on with servers?

Hello,
I'm from Europe (Lithuania) and I've tried to watch random episodes on this site but it really lags and "jumps" between quality. I've tried to ping this site on my "cmd" and every time i get "Request timed out".
My internet connection is good, because every other site works fine, except this one.
