Whatever law firm wrote this should have proof read it before officially posting it. I suggest that they reread it and then rewrite it
My first guess is that the terms of service hasn't been revised for a long time now. The only people reading the Terms of Service would be other law firms even just six years ago for a lot of law firms the official channel of communication would be by post mail. It was last updated Sep. 30 2016 although only a very minor section not concerning section 10. I looked deeper into the changes made to the Terms of Service and section 10, hasn't been revised at all since the production of this Terms of Service.zzyzx 2 wrote: Whatever law firm wrote this should have proof read it before officially posting it.
