^ Right you are, PT. Hunt was another of my favorite Muppet voice actors. Liked Scooter, and he was an absolute RIOT as Janice.

Another one who was taken too soon. For those who don't know, he died of AIDS in '92.

One of Harvey Kneeslapper's greatest moments. Four and a half minutes of Frank Oz acting like an antisocial lunatic who can only ever stop laughing when his practical jokes backfire on him. Quality educational programming for pre-schoolers.

I read that Harvey was soon retired because Frank found it hell on his voice.

And yet, he had no trouble hitting high notes with Miss Piggy???

That's a good point. I don't think it's necessarily the pitch, but the screeching along with it and the duration. Most times when Miss Piggy would lose her temper (right before she would give a karate chop, for example), she would scream, but it would only be for a short duration, unlike Harvey's laughing like a maniac for several seconds at the end of a sketch. Just imagine doing several takes on a sketch where you end up essentially screaming at the top of your lungs.

Very few people can do vocal work like that without mangling their throat in the process. I'm thinking Sam Kinison, or Robert Plant, but that's about it. :lol:
