Wow, so Adobe Flash Player has been updated yet again! Even though I'm signed up to receive notices from Adobe on this, the only notice I ever get is not from Adobe, but from angeldeb82 in this very thread 8)

Thanks again, angeldeb82, it is appreciated by all of us here :D

We have no options for that, but someone in this forum has made a workaround for it that you might find useful.

Yeah that mod makes this forum eminently more useable. I was an early adopter and I can barely remember what this place was like without it.

It's Patch Tuesday again, and you know what this means: Adobe Flash Player version 11.7.700.202 has been released today. Once again, you need to check this link here to see what kind of Flash Player you have if you want to upgrade it, okay?

And Firefox 21 has been released to the public today, which adds new features, including Social API, which expands the number of supported providers with Cliqz, Mixi and msnNow. Now, if only Norton Toolbar can get compatible with FF21.

Bing's new translator now translates Klingon

Bing's Klingon translator will translate text into 41 languages. And if you happen to be a Klingon, or converse a bit in Klingon, words or phrases in the gutteral language may be translated into three dozen-plus languages.

The consultant for Star Trek , linguist Marc Okrand, designed the Klingon language based on "Scotty's" creation of the language (James Doohan) is working with engineers at Microsoft who produce Bing.

The translator was released today, Tuesday, and today Bing actually beat Google in the number of hits.

Here, translate into Klingon: http://www.bing.com/translator

Here is my above post translated into Klingon:

The new OS X for Mac has been announced: Version 10.9. They ran out of big cat names, so instead they are going to use place names in California as that's where Apple is located. The first name, "Maverics," is named after a beach not too far from Apple where the employees there like to surf 8)

Also, iOS 7 was announced to also be released in the fall.

So from Cheetah/Puma (OS X 10.1),
Jaguar (OS X 10.2),
Panther (OS X 10.3),
Tiger (OS X 10.4),
Leopard (OS X 10.5),
Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6),
Lion (OS X 10.7),
Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8 ),
we now have Mavericks (OS X 10.9) to look forward to!

Firefox 22 offers real-time video communications and faster Javascript.

You know, Firefox used to fascinate me, but daily use of it is costing me a lot of free space, even though I've cleared cookies. :(

Unfortunately, the latest version of Firefox doesn't know how to work with the latest version of Flash, so I may just switch over to Chrome.
