Probably been asked before...

Postby readeratreddit » Fri Oct 19, 2012 6:54 pm

....at some point in the past 11 years but I saw nothing in the FAQ and found nothing searching.

Is there any kind of protocol for suggesting Trey/Matt at least consider a given topic for being the subject of an episode?

Sure there is; become the subject of a stupid, popular news item, TV show, movie, video game or internet trend and hope it's just bizarre enough to get their attention and make them say something about it.

But there's no way for any of us here on the BBS to get in touch with them so we can suggest something to them, unless you PM nall and your suggestion makes it onto the show (when was the last time that happened?).

It does say here that Trey does not take fan suggestions, ever. Reasons are both legal and personal. The only way to bend his ear about the content of an episode is to be in the writer's room.

To believe in something just because you're afraid of the consequences if you don't believe in something is no reason to believe in something.

I think he's doing a pretty good job on his own anyway...
