Postby AngusMcTavish » Thu Dec 07, 2017 7:26 am

Welp, once again, I'm going to be packed and ready to check out a Con at one of the local airport hotels:

This one is backed by one of our local public TV stations, and deals with a lot of British media, Doctor Who and the like.

And wait til you see who will be there!

This brings up a ? I'll throw around to you guys. How many of you ever been to any kind of convention, and what's your best memory of it all?

I go to the Wizard World Comic Cons. There okay but the last one was kind of boring.

I remember seeing celebrities like William Shatner and Paul Wight. I liked playing the video games and eating the food which is not that good and drinking beer.

I went to two conventions in one school year my freshman year at Lee College, located in nearby Baytown, Texas. Both of them were college journalism conventions. Looking back, I had quite a lot of fun at both.
