For me it's a 3 way toss up between the Jackovasaurs, Towlie, and Mr Hanky

P.C principle, in the first episode I tought he was funny and I had a big laugh when he really said in the begining some guy thinks he is a Asian man or like that.
later on he was not that funny anymore.

Towlie was cool, they just overused him in the wrong scenarios.

Accually Id love to see more of Mr Hankey. Love the old animations of this peace of sh*t and the sh*t stains sll over the place

Right now, I'd say skankhunt 42, i.e., Gerald Broflovski. No rhyme nor reason for his actions in the entire Season 20 story arc. No explanation or anything offered for his behavior. He's just the worse character imo.

I think Mr. Mackey is the worst South Park character ever because it gets really annoying hearing him m'kay all the time.
