No.
I would much rather see more of the four boys and the existing characters like Clyde, Wendy, Token, Bebe, and Craig. Besides, whenever they introduce a new character, they never appear in more than one or two episodes.

I think that South Park does not need any more Characters, but Matt Stone and Trey Parker should make another similar show with the same look as south park and take place in a close by area, but with different people. Call it something like North Park or West Park, and make passing references to South Park and stuff that has happened. That would give the audience a nice change of pace.
