In "Bass to Mouth" as the Catatafish talks about Wikileaks, we hear in his supporting song the sentence,
"Catatafish made a salmon suck assh*le".
Usually on South Park it's crystal clear exactly what is being joked about. When someone misuses a phrase it's emphasized for comic effect. But here there's no further reference either (1) to placing lips on an assh*le (catatafish's use of "bass to mouth" / "ass to mouth") or (2) to f*cking someone's assh*le and then mouth (the real meaning of "ass to mouth").
So I have to wonder -- did the authors just assume the meaning? Do Stone and Parker know what Ass to Mouth really means? Have Matt and Trey ever had sex? (Besides through a hole in a sheet?) Is it true that the greatest comedy writing always comes from virginal men?
Actually the episode is credited as being written by Trey Parker. Matt's got jungle fever so you know he's getting it every which kind of way. Matt surely has knowledge of All Things Anal. So the finger now points at Trey Parker. Always dating out of his league. Always servant to a cold pretty master. I wonder if she lets him in the room when she's having sex. (Wouldn't surprise me if she didn't. I never did. I couldn't stand the crying.)
Boston Clam Smuggler? Yep.
Reverse Denmarkian Sled? Absolutely.
Cherokee Twister? Sure.
Inverted Bus Stop? Mm, she likes that one.
Optional Eagle Suprese? Well who the hell do you think invented it.

Explains a lot. Orgasmo, DVDA, episodes like Proper Condom Use, Overlogging and Return of the Lord of the Rings to the Two Towers.
