Are the Houses in South Park made in 3D

In some parts i notice that the houses in south park are 3D or look like, but im not sure, so i just wanted to ask here if someone knows it

They've had the software to do it for years, so yes, the houses, and any building, for that matter, can be rendered in 3D. It's just not done very often, since it's not integral to the story an episode has to tell.

I don't think they're three-dimensional in regular episodes, but yeah, they have a vague three-dimensional model of the neighborhood they've used for episodes like "The Magic Bush" and "Sons a Witches" to give the appearance of something flying, which demands a lot of irregular movements and angles that couldn't be animated easily in SP's normal style.
