Well, it's that time again, fellow South Parketeers

As of this post, only 125 days until Wednesday, March 13, 2013, for what I am guessing will be the start of South Park's Season 17A xDDDDDDD

(Of course, as we get closer, and the date becomes fixed/announced officially, I will edit this thread).

Come to this thread each day during the hiatus and see how many days are left until new episodes begin.

I will post a link to a countdown timer below as I have done before between the past few seasons. Click on it each day as we count down the days together for the start of Season 17A

Keep in mind that The Book of Mormon opens in the UK on March 21, and Trey usually takes time out to check out the new cast to make sure the play is running properly. This means Season 17 will start sometime in April.

Wow that's a long time to wait! I'm not going to bitch, though. I'm a more recent fan of South Park (I started between seasons 14 and 15). I do wonder what season 17 will bring... What do you guys think?

So as we learn the new official date of the start of Season 17A I will fix this countdown timer. In the meantime, it's very exciting that Season 17A is only a few months aways

By the way, from this post, the possible countdown (not taking into account a delay in the start of 17A because of "The Book of Mormon" opening in the UK is:

I think Season 17A will be awesome So many things are happening in the world right now. The end of the Mayan calendar, the President of the United States will try to work with the NRA instead of against it to try to keep the spirit of the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and change the laws to limit guns after what happened in Connecticut. I mean they're making backpacks for elementary school kids that are bullit proof. This reminds me of the Child Abduction is Not Funny episode, which was back in Season 6, and it was episode 11 of that season. It's also the first time a U.S. President will try to limit guns while working with the NRA to do this, and all before the State of the Union Address in January. And so many other things going on in the world right now - I can't wait until Season 17A begins! I predict Season 17 will be one of the best in a long time
