Saying that the season finale is shaping up to be really awesome would be an understatement for me. Yes, we're finally getting a girls episode, I'm so freaking stoked right now! I wonder who it is that Wendy tried to hook Butters up with and who Clyde ends up dating. Anyways, this is the most excited I've been for a new episode in ever! The preview clip and press images will be up pretty soon, am I right?

I have no idea what this has to do with the hobbit, but it sure does look good.

Kim Kardashian is not skinny. She's fucking DEAD. Her blood is on your hands, Butters! And on your wiener.

I don't know why Butters would need Wendy's assistance in finding a girlfriend. The boy's a PIMP!

Oh yeah, preview clip:

Aww no Christmas episode Santa must still be working for the NSA. :(
Kyle: Why? How could you do this? There are people starving in Alabama and you give Cartman a million dollars?

Cartman: Line? Lines! I HATE LINES!!!

What a let down for season 17. Then again not the best season so what was I expecting? A Christmas episode like everyone else, that would have been nice. Let's see. Butters. Cartman. Randy. Kyle and Ike. Kenny had a big role. Someone is missing from this list and I really wanna whine like a little kid about it right now.

*ahem* Waaaa, no Stan episode this season!

I hate when nothing in a preview sounds interesting. I don't care about why Wendy is seeing Mackey. I don't care about this chubby girl Butters likes. I don't care about this girlfriend Clyde gets. Maybe Wendy will bitch at Stan for something.

Hope we don't have to wait till Sep again for season 18 :/
I love: Stan, Butters, Cartman, Sharon.

I ship: Stan/Cartman <3

Stan: MMOOMM!!
Sharon: What is it honey? (gasp!) My baby's killed again!
Haa, I love that line.

Really Butters, Kim Kardashian? Yeah, she's about as skinny as Amanda Bynes is sane. Besides, as VACOOLA mentioned, you not only got her killed, but her sisters Kourtney and Khloe as well. I hope to god Lisa Berger isn't someone who already has a name, I'd hate to see someone's previous canon info get shoved to the side. I'm predicting this is who Lisa Berger ends up being: http://southpark.wikia.com/wiki/Girl_with_Pink_Sweater

Honestly, I hate to be a negative Nancy here, but after the absolutely epic and immensely hilarious Black Friday trilogy, and as part of a season which in my eyes has had a lot more good-tier/great-tier episodes than bad in general, the preview clip and press release for this have me 100% let down, if anything.

A Christmas episode would've been so nice but there's always next year and so on, so I'm not complaining about that.

This episode premise, to me, just isn't intriguing in the slightest regardless of what other plots they could've done. The only thing that has me even moderately intrigued is how The Hobbit might play into it all, and that might just be a throwaway title for all we know. The rest of it seems like it'll go in one of two directions: it'll focus entirely on the girls and the Kim Kardashian mention in the preview clip is a random joke of sorts. Or: it'll take the direction of one of their episodes which, while moderately-decently funny, might as well be 30 minutes of TMZ (a la "It's a Jersey Thing").

I'm hoping for the former option as they already did an episode featuring the Kardashians, no one cares about them (that is, they're famous for being glorified wh*res, as well as contributing to the downfall of television and humankind in general), and I really do not think they deserve further attention from South Park or any other mainstream media outlet for that matter.

Even aside from the Kim Kardashian reference in the preview, this is likely going to be one of those instances where T&M finished an incredible multi-parter and thus they can air whatever they please and it'll still pale in comparison. 200-201 being followed up by Crippled Summer comes to mind, and I'm one of the few people I know who enjoys Towelie episodes.

I'm just hoping to be pleasantly surprised but my expectations for this one are very low. Lowest they've ever been for a new episode of South Park ever in fact and as a viewer since season 2, after an epic trilogy, and after a season I've loved, that's saying quite a lot.

Kind of interested to see the Clyde part of the episode. Looking forward to it as Wednesday will be the last day for some of my classes, I look forward to the moment in time when I'm laying in bed watching this episode.

Wendy and Butters share an episode? Even if not romantically?

I think I know who Butters may end up with. I'M SO HAPPY!!! :D Forget Clyde, he's boring.

Well this looks interesting. Wendy and Butters are arguing about this girl named Kim Kardashian. Butters called her fat while Wendy argued that she looked Skinny. I honest don't know who the hell Kim Kardashian is but its interesting. I sure hope to god this episode doesn't become boring or solid like World War Zimmerman and Let Go, Let Gov.

On that note let me give some of my thoughts on Season 17 so far:
It was a decent season. The episodes that sucked in my opinion was Let Go, Let Gov and World War Zimmerman, because it didn't have too many jokes and it was kinda rushed. The best episode in this season for me is Informative Murder Porn. The other episodes like Goth Kids 3: Dawn of the Posers and Taming Strange were okay episodes. Ginger Cow was f*cked up. I did like the Black Friday Trilogy. It was a lot of funny jokes going on especially with Randy. But what really shocked me at the end of Titties and Dragons Cartman and the rest of gang just said f*ck the consoles and started playing outside for their new game "South park the Stick of Truth"

So right now. Make this season finale episode the best.

I'm thinking this episode is called "The Hobbit", because maybe Butters or another one of the boys might refer to this new Lisa girl as a "hobbit" at some point in the episode.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe this new girl is short and fat and "Hobbity".
And no son, no. Kim-K is not skinny. She has the ass of a rhinoceros. And that sh*t's only gonna continue to spread.
