Does he? Probably. Jews are given Hebrew names a short time after birth in a Jewish ceremony called a naming ceremony. This custom has been followed for centuries. Then even with a Hebrew name the person usually also has a name in the language of the country they live in (a secular name, such as "Kyle"). We know the Broflovskis have been depicted many times observing Jewish holidays and occasions. Gerarld wears a kippa (yarmulke) [skull cap]. It is very likely that Kyle and all of the Broflovskis have Hebrew names.
So what is Kyle's Hebrew name? We were never told; it was never brought up in any episode to date.
But there hasn't even been mention of Kyle's middle name, so no way to speculate if his parents decided to be stereotypical with their elder son as well.
