when the goth kids first get there, there is a chick behind the counter. when they start to burn it down a guy runs out... where'd that chick go?

Well, I just re-watched this episode on the SPS Episode Player.
At time index: 09:27, we first see a woman clerk at Hot Topic; she has half black hair, half red hair. We see her again from time index 10:06 to 10:12.
After the second commercial break, at time index 19:00 through 19:11, we see the same woman clerk before the burning down of Hot Topic. But at time index 19:23, where the clerk says: "What are you doing?" it is now a Male clerk, with black wavy lines of hair going vertically down HIS forehead. There was no time for a clerk change; in fact, both the female and male clerks were standing at the same place behind the counter in all scenes, except the last scene of the Male clerk running out of the burning Hot Topics store.
