Season 14 episode 2 Kenny's voice

Postby allygirl56 » Fri Mar 26, 2010 10:30 pm

I was watching the new episode intitled The Tale of Scrotie Mcboogerballs yesterday and noticed something weird.
I tend to pay attention to Kenny since he is my favorite character and try to catch everything he says.
Well I noticed that when the boys were playing a video game Cartman said something to Kenny that was along the lines of "Im going to totally kill you Kenny." and then Kenny turned to him and his head moved like it does when he talks, but all I could hear was a deep male voice. Im guessing that that voice was Matt Stone speaking covering his mouth with his hand like he usually does for Kenny and that the person who edits it to make the voices sound like kids acidently didnt edit this part.
I just found it a little strange and I was wondering if anyone else noticed it.

I only saw the online version. They must've fixed it by then, 'cause I didn't hear anything.

I saw the television airing twice and didn't really notice, but I did recall one scene where his voice was a tad deep.

I watched it online, so I got to replay the part a few times, and it definetly sounds deeper... At first I thought it was the game they were playing and that kenny wasnt actually talking, but his head moved like it does when he talkes and he was looking at Cartman as he was replying, so I knew he was.

He means as you watch the episode on the episode player, there is a little time bar on the bottom of the screen that tells you in real time where you are in the 22 minutes episode. "Time Index" is the time the bar indicates at the start of whatever scene you are referring to at that exact moment.

If you watch the episode in full screen mode, however, the index disappears unless you move your mouse around; then it pops up for a moment. So if you are looking for a time index to post here, try not using full screen so you can also watch the time bar at the same time :)

Oh okay, I get it now...
I just checked the episode again and the part that im talking about is at 6:34. Its where Cartman says "Your dead Kenny." and then Kenny says something in a deep voice that sounds like "Vengence"

ya... I was thinking it was from the game to, and it probably is, but it just through me off when Kenny turned to Cartman to reply and no muffled words came out of his covered mouth... His head moved as if he was talking... yet there was no sound... So I guess thats why I thought it was him who said that word.
