I'd like to see fifth grade too, but that would mean the boys would be bigger than they are now. They'd need the same body type as the fifth graders from the early seasons, and I don't think Trey would go through the trouble of making new bodies for them. So, no, the boys won't be going to fifth grade.

They really should, especially if it ends it should end on a new beginning: MIDDLE SCHOOL!

that is how the series should end, them talking about how middle school will be different, because some of the kids would be seperated or something...idk, pulling sh*t out of my brains. :P

Sounds like a great plot twist. But as most Middle Schools start in the 6th grade, the boys would either need some episodes in 5th (in older looking bodies as Big-Will suggested, or else perhaps due to the recession and budget cuts, the South Park School Board perhaps could promote the entire class (skipping the 5th grade) so they go right into Middle School? That's one way for SP to end this current contract with CC with a bang :)

or dum ass they could just do wat they did in the 3-4 grade swap and pretty much keep them the same size, because im pretty sure they wont grow 3 feet in 1 summer when they've looked the same for like 13 years so i think trey would go through no speed bump what so ever and it would give them a window of episodes to set up teachers, classes, and any other thing. so take that in. :D

Well, you do remember those episodes with the 6th graders, such as in the Trent Boyett episode or when the boys returned Randy's rented video to the video store in "The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers." They (the 6th graders) did have different body shapes then the 4th graders.

No matter what the body shape will or will not be, that's not the point - I think it's a good idea. We've seen them as Kindergarteners, 3rd and 4th graders. Time for the next grade. If this were in Polls, I'd vote for the boys to advance to the next grade.

I agree; MnT should promote them into the next grade already; it's been years since they entered the fourth grade; I remember the great plot twist when they entered the fourth grade from the third grade. They tried to send Timmy back in time, and they did! But Timmy couldn't say what he saw; he could only say: "Timmy!"

Something epic should be written for going into the Fifth grade as under the current contract with CC, only 21 episodes remain. Maybe the boys could be on: "Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader?" with Jeff Foxworthy

That would be great :)

Mkay, so if they did move up to the Fifth Grade who would teach the class? Would they get some random new character in there, or should Garrison move up to teach them?

thats one of the coolest parts. they could create whole new characters which will create ideas for whole new episodes or they could find a funny way to put mr.garrison back as a teacher. thats what they did for 3rd to 4th.

I agree. Maybe there could be a back story with a new teacher, like we had with Ms. Chocksondik in Season 4. Then, the new teacher would leave, and Mr. Garrison would have to take over the 5th grade. Something like that :)
