Re: come on stan
Fridge brilliance: After the events of "You're Getting Old"/"Ass Burgers", Stan lost all of his idealism and decided that the only way to succeed in life was to join everyone else in a quest for attention. Just a random theory, but it's possible. We know that Stan is/was one of t...

Re: The Official Wendy Disscussion Thread thru S20
It'd be awesome to see all the girls get their due, but I'm not holding my breath much... I'd take any episode with heavy Wendy involvement, especially since Season 16's been very light on her. (Bits in CFL and a line in Sarcastaball.) It's a shame Wendy's fallen so far from grace. With Cartman, Bu...

Re: The Status of Butters
Cartman died in both Medicinal Fried Chicken and Jesus vs. Frosty, but he's still around, and Butters is just as important of a character as Cartman these days, so they probably won't even address it.

Re: *1614 Obama Wins!* Post-Air Discussion
You know what would have been a great ending? If the police took the ballots and turned them in anyway, Duck President was elected instead of Obama, and Cartman got his role in the Disney/Star Wars movies, which consist of nothing but a bunch of talking s**t, all while Landslide plays in the backgro...

Re: *1614 Obama Wins!* Post-Air Discussion
The plot was definitely more complex than I'm used to. Good thing Morgan Freeman was around to explain it. I thought that runner was great, and I also enjoyed the General Tsao jokes and the warm nuts jokes. Happy to see the return of Mickey and Duck President, and I loved the part with Butters, Kenn...

Re: *1614: Obama Wins!* Pre-Air Discussion
Wow, already people are being so negative about this episode. Remember that Cartman was the focus in quite a few season 7 and 8 episodes, but they were all great episodes. I personally like the Cartman episodes, and he hasn't been the focus of any of the election plotlines yet. Yes, he was prominent...

Re: *1613: A Scause for Applause* Post-Air Discussion
Well, I definitely wasn't expecting that. I thought the episode would be about the ethics of drug use in sports, but instead, we got Jesus and a Dr. Seuss parody. And was it amazing. I burst out laughing when it turned out to be Jesus instead of Lance Armstrong, and in several other parts of the epi...

Re: *1613: A Scause for Applause* Pre-Air Discussion
Hmm...I don't think that Trey is sick of Stan. He's fallen out of favor these days, with Cartman and Randy getting most of the attention, but he still has his uses, and we've seen him in some great roles lately, such as in last week's episode or Cash for Gold. I think this episode might put him in a...

Re: *1613: A Scause for Applause* Pre-Air Discussion
So obviously, this is about the Lance Armstrong doping scandal. It's interesting that Armstrong isn't named in the description or the clip. Will the beloved icon be Armstrong himself, or a parody of Armstrong? Probably the former, that seems to be the trend these days. It should be fun to see where ...

Re: *1612: A Nightmare on Face Time* Post-Air Discussion
Man, was that episode great. I liked the Randy parts, although that might be an unpopular view, but what really did it for me was the animation. It made it look so ridiculous, I couldn't keep myself from laughing. The boys' plotline was funny, too. I loved the parts with Stan on the iPad, although I...

Re: *1612: A Nightmare on Facetime* Pre-Air Discussion
I'm surprized no one pointed out the Big Bang Theory refference with Stan running around on a monitor like Sheldon once did. I totally forgot about that... but didn't they do that on ER and/or Scrubs too? I think a lot of shows have done it. I feel like I've seen it a lot, although I can't really p...

Re: *1612: A Nightmare on Facetime* Pre-Air Discussion
Sounds like a traditional Randy episode. Should be pretty good, since we haven't seen a lot of episodes recently where Stan gets involved with Randy's escapades. We need a straight man in an episode like this.
