Re: S24E01: "The Pandemic Special" postshow discussion
I had been wondering what it would be like if they were given an hour instead of the half hour. In recent years it seems like there has not been enough time for everything in 30min.

Re: S24E01: "The Pandemic Special" postshow discussion
This was one that I watched more than once. They Tweeted “Put on your Chin Diaper and get ready for the west coast premiere of the #PandemicSpecial!” and I went to the DVR just to rewatch that scene because I found that term so funny. It’s amazing how smooth it was overall if you consider the manner...

Re: Season 24
No PR today. TV Guide lists the 10PM Eastern schedule on September 23rd for South Park as “Eeek! A Penis” which is obviously a rerun. I’d check the Comedy Central site but it has a redirect problem on the schedule page. Nothing scheduled that day for Much in Canada. Much usually airs it at the same ...

Re: Season 24
So far nobody has announced anything official. Wondering if there will be a delay. Either that or there is a delay in the announcement. As far as Comedy Central goes, they cancelled a couple shows (Tosh.0 and Drunk History) and seem to be in the process of rebuilding most of the network around shows...

Re: Season 24
I knew they would push back Season 21. They don’t do things in August. It usually Co-premieres with some other show Comedy Central is trying to push. Do they have anything new this fall?

Re: Season 24
They’re uploading clips now because they can. I don’t believe they were able to upload as many to Youtube under the Hulu deal, not too sure. Comedy Central’s PR announced the season premiere dates on the following dates Season 23 - August 14th Season 22 - July 11th Season 21 - August 23rd Season 20 ...

Re: Season 24
They always start in the fall. September. If they wanted to do a season with people working remotely, I believe they have the technology to do so. That is one of the things they have going for them. A lot of current technology didn’t exist even so much as a decade ago. The writers room in theory cou...

Re: Season 24
About this many. More if they bring in others such as Bill Hader (For example) and then there’s the crews who send the show to Comedy Central snd Much at the satellite uplink. https://southpark.cc.com/about/cast-and-crew

Re: Cutting The Cable - How do I watch?
HBO Max launches in February or March. South Park apparently will be there in May. If you have cable with HBO (or AT&T, DirecTV) it should be free if HBO is in your package. Otherwise expect to pay $15 a month to watch HBO Max. AT&T is jacking up all of their TV rates while they’re at it. I’m caught...

Re: S23E10: “Christmas Snow” postshow duscussion
Was rushed. Can always tell when they are. Kinda sad about there not being any more for another year. But it was not a bad season overall. Stronger first half.

That phone number has been around awhile. Used to get Twong Lu-Kim when you called.
Didn’t expect to hear “Marry Me” by Jason Derulo. That song kinda flopped.
One more next week.
