Re: *1204: Canada on Strike* Post-Air Discussion

We thought it was a terrific episode, and completely ironic considering that the streaming episodes have this message: "Due to pre-existing Contractual Obligations, we cannot stream this episode until 04.26.08." (This one was from our favorite from this season, "Major Boobage.") ...

Loved this episode. The entire BUCK ROGERS IN THE 25th CENTURY homage struck me as totally inspired. Loved the future folks with their costumes from various shows. The purple bowl-cut hair folks are from the old Gerry Anderson series UFO. Not sure where the funny hats come from (unless they are inde...

Got to say this is a really fun episode, from The Three Stooge-Killers to Satan kicking Steve Irwin out of his party because "it's too soon" and then "well, you're not in costume." Found it really funny too that the Catholic Priests are trying to get into Hell...er, Satan's Party, with their boy toy...

Me, I just sat back and enjoyed the episode. I love the fact that someone finally, FINALLY lampooned those lame MIGHTY DUCKS movies (and all those other similar movies) where some loser ends up coaching a losing team to a championship to such a brutal extent. The folks who are bitching about this ep...

"Nice" Episode -- Quite funny. Quite topical in many ways, too. Give it an 8 out of 10. Loved Ike's reaction. Ms. Stephenson: We'll go to Milan. Ike: Yay! Mulan Poor kid didn't know what was going on. Thought he was going to a Disney movie. LOL Missed Opportunity: Didn't anyone else want to hear She...

A good, solid episode, and I'd give it about an 8.

As far as all the nonsense I've waded through this afternoon reading this thread, I'd say that Matt and Trey are probably right on target with the "25% are retards" comment about the folks who want and choose to believe in conspiracy theories.

As a long time fan of South Park, I've got to say that South Park is still one of the funniest shows on television. Does it have bad episodes? Why certainly! There's no show that can maintain such a high level of quality for every single episode. Is the show not as good as it "used to be"? Frankly, ...

Replacing Chef...

I'd like to see Matt and Trey replace Chef with someone like the lunchroom lady I remember all too well. Short, not very attractive, a definitely visible moustache, and a bit of a bitch. In high school, my milk tasted, well, rancid. I went to the lunchroom lady and asked her to replace because it ha...

Just watched the episode again (fourth time), and it's still sheer genius. I loved the fact that when Chef craps out his ass as he dies, there's a STICK that comes out with all the sh*t. LOL Of course, I find that Mr. Garrison is now Mrs. Garrison (a la The Facts of Life) hilarious as well, so sue m...

I think this episode was terrific. From the barbs at the Super Adventurers Club to Chef Vader, the whole thing had me laughing aloud. Yes, Kyle's speech was touching, and I think it summed up how Trey and Matt truly feel: that this cult has brainwashed their friend, and that they had to break away f...
