I think now they just speed up the voices... that's why cartman's is different from the beginning... they didn't use to speed it up... but now they do. At least that's what I heard... so I'm not 100 percent sure.

I don't think it would be the same if Kenny had his hood off for good. He did have it off In the jeffersons where he spoke with it off. He also had it off for most of the The losing edge. Kenny has become more of a prop anyway. Which sucks... but I do hope he atleast get's one episode focused around...

The South Park Movie one was pretty good well the movie didn't have the "i learned something" but it did have a message, that pretty much went without saying. Yeah it did. Kenny said it. You can hear him at the end of the movie say "I've learned something today..." under his hood. The rest is too mu...

It was the toilet paper episode. Cartman starts off by saying "I guess I learned that sometimes..." and kyle cuts him off by saying "Oh stop it Cartman! You didn't learn anything. Not a God Damn thing"

That's the only one I can think of off the top of my head

Yeah... I had never seen or heard of tron until recently... I saw south park first... then I finally got the joke and laughed my ass off....

anyway the idea is interesting... but I don't think it would work in the south park world.

I think I remember either trey or matt saying in an interview somewhere that as soon as something becomes a regular thing that is expected of them(ex-Kenny dying, Chef singing) they quit doing it. They want the show to be new and different and they don't want jokes to get old. But I really hope that...
