Yeah, well, I saw the very first airing of it here, but frankly I think it only got really good from about series 3 anyway. Before that the stories were pretty weak most of the time and it relied on shock value quite a lot.

I've Been Watching South Park Since......

Hey SP fans. Now, I just want to make a request of all the people on this board. And I don't think I'm being arrogant here. It's a very simple one. Please, please, please!!! Can people here and now promise not to say at the beginning of, or for that matter anywhere within, their posts that "I've bee...

Hehehehe.....I have to say: I thought that Stanley's Cup was extremely funny. Yes, it used some similar ideas to previous shows but; Watch it again. I thought it was much better the second time. I even laughed at the Steve Irwin jokes more the second time. In fact, I slagged them off for the Go God ...

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with Moondragon. If you want to get upset over something like the cancer element then you shouldn't watch South Park, period. It IS hypocritical to choose which sacred cow you want to laugh at, as long as it doesn't offend you. To claim that I am being hypocritical, or t...

As somebody who has posted very few replies, I can't claim to be as big a fanatic as some people here but.....it seems that there are a lot of people on here who either a)don't really GET South Park half the time, and b)whinge that this or that episode isn't as good as the old SP's. Maybe you just h...

Subject Matter

I am surprised that no-one seems to be discussing the Flying Spaghetti Monster reference MORE!!! For anybody that didn't notice the reference, here is a link to the website; m One of the points, I think, is that Trey seems to have completely missed the point. The FSM was created to highlight the obv...

Jesus tittyf--ing christ, if you like somebody NEVER EVER talk about politics. Especially if you do actually have common sense - one of the most unforgivable traits in a person is when they let their idea of politics be governed by their emotions. Usually knee-jerk reaction emotions, because rationa...

Tsst is one of the all-time great episodes of South Park. And South Park, in my opinion, only became great from around the third season. I don't think the humour became more mature necessarily, but the quality and complexity of the writing improved greatly. This probably has a lot to do with the fac...
