well, the only Ungroundable" merch i could find was a shirt at Hot Topic, ironically, that had the goth kids with the caption "Vampires Are Lame".

I don't think Trey and Matt would kill him off in every episode, they got really bored of doing that after the first few seasons. Then they ran out of ideas for him so that's when they killed him off "for good" in the Kenny Dies episode. Since they brought him back they've barely used him...
