So jokes about polish people are quite popular ?

Hi all, i`m not from US and its hard for me to understand the mexican jokes about "pollakos" (who the hell are they?)
I`m from Poland is there any connection between it ?
(proud even if polish people were topics of these jokes;) )

On the other hand seeing butters as a dog with shuriken in eye was sad

all in all this is the most charismatic character. His dialogs sometimes kicks ass and smashes balls
