Re: *1614 Obama Wins!* Post-Air Discussion

That was the best I've seen from South Park in a long time, though I have admittedly missed several episodes from the second half of the season. As far as I know this was the highlight of the second half though. Morgan Freeman and Mickey Mouse delivered the first genuine laughs I've had from this sh...

Re: *1608: Sarcastaball* Post-Air Discussion

WOW this episode was greeeeaaaat. I can't even tell you how many times I BURST out laughing until my chest hurt and tears of joy ran down my face. Sarcastaball! What a clever name! In fact the entire episode was reeeally super clever! Drinking Butter's cum, now that's funny - I don't think I could f...

Re: *1605: Butterballs* Post-Air Discussion

I didn't get to see this one the first time it was posted on site, so fresh review here. Ignoring the ending this almost could have been the best episode of the season, but two songs in one episode? If I wanted a musical I'd go see Book of Mormon. (No way in hell.) I didn't get the ending at all unt...

Re: *1607: Cartman Finds Love* Post-Air Discussion

Yes, that's a good summary of the model of 'Kyman' relationship that works. When I said on the previous page, "The Cartman/Kyle gay bit was the first mashing of those characters that has really worked this season," that is sort of what I was getting at. They have been too friendly this sea...

Re: *1607: Cartman Finds Love* Post-Air Discussion

First of all, someone mentioned "Cash 4 Gold" on this thread. I was driving off the freeway the other day and I saw some dumbass dancing around, swinging a "Cash For Gold & Silver" sign. I thought it was hilarious, considering the South Park episode. I brought it up earlier ...

Re: *1607: Cartman Finds Love* Post-Air Discussion

Let me start by saying best episode since Cash 4 Gold in my book. The Cartman/Kyle gay bit was the first mashing of those characters that has really worked this season. f*cking hilarious when Token turned Kyle down thinking he was hitting on him. That said I don't quite get Matt and Trey apparently ...

Re: Re:

seriously lamest season ever, the writers of this season haz really weak humor. Must be a woman in charge. Hopefully the next season gets better... your comment is degrading to women. Just because you think the show is terrible, does not automatically mean that "a woman must be in charge"...

Re: *1606: I Should Have Never Gone Ziplining* Post-Air Disc

I uh... well... *scratches head* What did I just watch? It was moderately funny but also kind of a slap in the face to fans. I mean... is this something they spent time on or something they scraped together in 5 mins, chuckled at once or twice, and then aired? I get the feeling it has to be the sec...

Re: *1604: Jewpacabra* Post-Air Discussion

There are only a few things integral to Cartman's personality and one of them is avid antisemitism. I don't think that is "integral" to Cartman. His character motivation is based on 1) self-interest and 2) bigotry in general. It's often been bigotry directed at Jews, but it can easily be ...

Re: *1604: Jewpacabra* Post-Air Discussion

I think we all realize Cartman being Jewish is a gag of some sort... the point is it's one of the worst gags this show has ever produced. There are only a few things integral to Cartman's personality and one of them is avid antisemitism. There is simply no situation that justifies a radical decision...

Re: *1604: Jewpacabra* Post-Air Discussion

I don't know what next week will be about but I already know it will be better than this. I am predicting this to be the worst episode of the season. For people to love this but hate Cash For Gold... really... don't get it. How do you get any worse than simultaneously making Cartman a Jew and creat...

Re: *1604: Jewpacabra* Post-Air Discussion

The f*ck?! It started off really decent but the middle and especially the end of the episode were a huge disappointment... I knew this episode couldn't live up to its own hype. I'm really tired of random twists being thrown into the recent seasons and I'm starting to realize how much I miss when Sou...
