Re: *1612: A Nightmare on Face Time* Post-Air Discussion

I enjoyed this one a lot more than the previous episode. It kind of left me feeling wistful...I vividly recall Blockbuster's glory days.

Re: *1611: Going Native* Post-Air Discussion

I've never been to or possessed any kind of strong feelings about Hawaii one way or the other, so I didn't really get this episode.

Re: *1605: Butterballs* Post-Air Discussion

This will probably wind up being my favorite episode of the season--it was great. I vastly preferred it to the surreal, fever dream quality of the previous two episodes.

Re: Do you like video game music?

Yeah, I think so, too, actually. I've always loved the music in that game sooo much. I remember putting in the Game Boy Advance version and just holding it to my ear. Probably horrible for my hearing, but oh well. :B This scared the crap out of me when I was little haha Another classic ditty from Y...

Re: South Park MMO

Actually, the monotony of grinding for experience points is a perfect fit for the Family Guy universe. The infamous gag where Peter Griffin repeatedly grabbed his knee in pain was essentially grinding for laughter.

Re: Do you like video game music?

Even if it's just instrumental, I love it. I found the music to the original Yoshi's Island game on Youtube and am currently spazzing ffff. <3 Nostalgia is powerful ahaha Yoshi's Island is so good that it endures as a classic even without the nostalgia factor, I think. It was an extremely artful ga...

Re: What TV shows do you like other than South Park?

South Park is the only show on TV that I like that has yet to be canceled. My other favorite shows are King of the Hill and Mystery Science Theater 3000. Actually, MST3K is probably my favorite thing that's ever existed.

Re: Favorite Star Wars Charicter?

I used to be a huge Star Wars nerd. Like a lot of people, I bailed on the franchise because of the prequels. Since then, I've found other things to be hugely nerdy about, so no harm done.

That said: HK-47 and Grand Moff Tarkin.

Re: Should South Park Do Star Wars Specials?

Star Wars isn't really worth making fun of anymore. It's no longer culturally relevant, and hasn't been for a long time.

Re: Do you like video game music?

I'm an immense video game nerd.

The most consistantly awesome 8-bit soundtracks, in my opinion, were in Sunsoft games. Fester's Quest might have been a laborious game, but it had really cool music.

Really, though, the best song in the annals of 8-bit history is as follows: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPmXiYkCjo4

Re: What is one videogame you MUST have in 2011?

Ditto on the new Elder Scrolls. Also, Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine, Batman: Arkham City, and Mass Effect 3 (if it does indeed come out this year).
