Re: The story, the message and the whole entire concept
Sure, people were insecure about themselves in the dark ages. But there wasn't any media then. Everyone knew to take a liking for who they were. (was anorexia and other eating problems around in the dark ages?) It wasn't the Dark Ages, but Empress Sissi von Osterreich (1837-1898) was both anorexic ...

Re: *1703: World War Zimmerman* Post-Air Discussion
I saw World War Z, (boyfriend dragged me to see it with him) and although I thought the movie was decent, he hated it because it wasn't anything like the book. (I've never read it, but I'll take his word for it.) I could tell that there was no way someone who hadn't seen the movie would get the refe...

Re: Halloween episode--Slenderman appearance?
He is pretty famous, but I doubt that M&T play too many video games with their busy schedules.

Re: Open letter to South Park staff + Matt/Trey
I agree as well. I can't imagine how stressful it must be just to make a single (entertaining) episode in less than a week. I also know for a fact that 99.9% of the complainers couldn't do half as good of a job as Matt and Trey. And I'm sure that they know that the fandom can be dysfunctional as hel...

Not to the shippers. Bunny (as the pairing is called) is one of the most popular ships in the SP shipping fandom. The fangirls are going to go crazy.

The gay Bradley. He's too adorable, and seems like he'd have a great backstory.

Re: America, we need to talk about your guns.
Makes me wish that the founding fathers could see the future and be more clear on the matter. If you are into hunting or target shooting, fine by me. If you live in a rural area and deal with wild animals, fine by me. If you live in a dangerous area, ok. (I live just outside of St. Louis. Almost eve...

Re: What era would you have liked to have lived in?
~The 80's and 90's. I do have some memories of the 90's, but I was 4 when 2000 came around. I really like the pop culture of that timeframe, so I think it'd be fun to live then. And I find Cold War stuff really interesting, so it'd be cool to see the Berlin Wall fall and whatnot. ~Victorian England ...

Re: Would you let YOUR children watch South Park?
I don't have kids, but when my future kids turn 13 it's ok with me. I personally think they'd find it dated, as I do with some of the older episodes.

Re: Would you let YOUR children watch South Park?
I was going to quote some previous posters, but it's not necessary for this post. My opinion: it's a cartoon, people. Kids of any age should watch! I can hear you now: "But what about young kids? Why not wait until they are a little bit older?" My answer is the same: It's a cartoon. The y...

Kyle. He's a lot like me and is too freaking adorable. Hey, I'd be happy just being his big sister, babysitter, or just a friend.

Re: Anyone else ever visited a series location?
In It's a Jersey Thing there was a news broadcast from St. Louis, where I live. Other than that, nope.
But my friend has been to South Park and Casa Bonita.

Re: Great way to bring back Big Gay Al; Missouri Senator
All of a sudden he's began other saying stupid sh*t like that we should eliminate free/reduced lunches for poor children, (Uh, with some of those kids that's the only full meal they get a day) and that if a woman is "legitimately" raped, her system shuts down and she won't get pregnant. (T...
