Re: Fake DVDS

All UK market DVD's from official sources should have a small hologram sticker on the back, and have the BBFC age rating applied (Normally 15 or 18) on the packaging, as used in UK cinemas.

Also the DVD's will have the age rating stamped on them.

Re: what do you consider a famous or great/sad event on BBS

Last link had my jaw hitting the floor! Even with the LPSG site being adult orientated as it is, they never would allow posts of that sort of nature As for events on the BBS, still has to be the fuss over 200 / 201 when all hell let loose. Re: What's up?

Absolutely slashed it down last night, which is a good thing as it means it's cooled off a bit.

Off to do the weekly shop in a few, and will get some beers ready for next week when me mate Jon visits for a few days.

Re: What's up?

Sweating like I am about to jump off a bridge with a bungee rope strapped to myself..... bit of a heatwave hitting the UK, but looks like it will be easing off towards the end of the week which suits me fine, as I generally don't cope well with the heat in the UK. Still, mate has just finished uni @...

Re: Things that PISS YOU OFF!!!

Fire Alarms, and the stupid FCUK heads who thought it would be a great idea to fit a photocell type detector right next to the bathroom. Even worse when said Fire Alarm is linked in to the main apartment complex monitoring unit which auto dials for the Fire Services when it goes off. So here is me a...

What's Up?..... Slept very well last night, after trying out Sake for the first time from a local Asian store, and I have to say that although the stuff is quite expensive (£5 for a 300ml bottle), I'm going to get more in, as it sure as hell made me sleep last night http://www.cathayimporters.co.uk/...

Re: What's up?

Just this second pretty much finished fitting mom's carpet, which also involved emptying the room, then moving everything back. Even after spending many years in the flooring trade, I have forgotten just how much hard graft goes in to fitting a carpet...... I'm shattered, and my back is screaming in...

Re: What's up?

Washer's fixed. It cost less than $300, so Dad went with it. Now I just need to replace the disposal, and it'll mostly be good. (new dishwasher'd make everything 100%) I did manage to get the honeysuckle trellis up and going, so I kinda feel like I got something done this weekend. m Mom absolutely ...

Re: Comp and Tech thread. Everything digital goes here.

It's quite a common thing to happen with Norton and Firefox but don't worry about it, as it's just the toolbar component, and firefox forceabaly disabling it (Even though it is compatible), until Symantec do a small update. Protection still works though. I have NIS 2012 installed with FF, and TBH I ...
