But here's something I think we can all agree is a great read: my new website! w (just kidding, it sucks. unless you're one of the two people who likes my writing) That made me all sorts of happy! Or it at least helped me pass by an hour or two. On topic: I have to read all of Ellen Foster by tomor...

Christopher Moore's new book came out this week. I'm disappointed to find it's another vampire love story. Don't get me wrong, that particular series is still funny, but the jokes are almost entirely sexually based, and the book itself is a bit too gothic, even if it is in parody.

Oh I used to watch Muppet Babies, sorry to say. YES! Muppet Babies, in retrospect, is a lot better than it gets credit for. Unfortunately I continued to watch it well into elementary school. That was rather odd of me. I was a pretty stereotypical little girl, watching pink-hued stuff you would expe...

The episode itself was an average one for me; not my favorite, but I still liked it as a whole. However: When I watch TV, I have no problem separating actors from the characters they play. I know Isaac Hayes' voice is legendary, but on South Park, he's just Chef. Not a Scientologist, just horny, fat...

Well. I'm not one to celerate the death of another. I know he was a bad guy, and I'm sure the (potential) South Park episode will be great, but this outcome doesn't inspire me to be super-patriotic, nor does it give me any catharsis about the situation.

I read all the time, but I'm not delusional enough to think what I read is any kind of high literature, nor am I in the habit of lying to look intellectual on some message board. That's an action saved for hitting on English majors. I'm afraid that because my schoolwork is reading-heavy, I try to re...

When I first saw the subject title, I thought it read "My chemical romance can kiss my ass." I said to myself, "Beautiful."

I don't really know how this helps the conversation. Sorry.

Well, that was... That was. Huh. Garrison definitely stole the episode. From botching evolution to flinging poo at Dawkins to disgusting tits. Great. I've already stated my views on Evolution. I'll not get wrapped up in a long discussion repeating the same things over and over. Did anyone else look ...

But I liked "Part Two." It was confusing and thus unsafe. :(

Of course, not having a title at all makes it even less safe, so who am I to complain?

I'm 96% sure the game will be based on Spore. I mean, it's a game of Intelligent Design where you play God that is the most anticipated game of next year. What else could it be? I'm loving the "part two." If I had my way, a "part one" would come sometime next season when none of us are expecting it....

Hahaha. That episode made me happy. I absolutely loved the many different plots. I totally called the Steve Irwin thing. And the costumes of all the dead famous people made me laugh. I refuse to watch "My Super Sweet Sixteen," but I've heard enough testimonials to know that this was pretty accurate....

It is indeed Disney. They made it to make up for butchering the ending of The Little Mermaid, and is on the Special Edition DVD.

And now for something completely different, I participated in the Something Awful thread that spawned this:

Because I suppose I'm determined to break light moods in threads tonight, here's something a little different. Don't watch this if you're in public unless you want to cry in front of everyone.

Hans Christian Anderson was a horrible, horrible man.

I've been a fan of That Mitchell and Webb Look ever since I saw the "Are We the Baddies?" sketch.

(I also love their "Sir Digby Chicken Ceaser," but not nearly as much.)

I'm just waiting for the "Dog" parodies. That show is terrible, yet strangely hypnotic. I can't imagine that this episode would focus on a moral/political message, because what would they say? "Statutory rape is wrong"? The "relations," whatever they may be, are just a setup. A backdrop to Cartman's...
