Wow, that is a very goofy rumor. Of course, I heard that Tom Cruise was actually a 'secret' producer of the film...he promised to provide as much funding as needed, as long as there were no scenes in which the main characters mock Scientology, or imply in any way that Tom himself might be nellie too...
