Re: *1302: The Coon* Post-Air Discussion

Another mediocre episode. It seems that you guys are doing this just for the sake of it. You just made the episode a direct parody of the Dark Knight and didn't keep it subtle. It wasn't even close to the Lord of the Rings episode which was awesome. The entire episode was built up in a contradictor...

Re: *1302: The Coon* Pre-Air Discussion

Probably not; Crab people are slow, and weak.
Remember, it's a symbol of South Park... so it's dirty, and (Hmm, they say Mysterion is, too), a menace...
Well, keep that in mind.... :?

Re: *1302: The Coon* Pre-Air Discussion

It's my opinion, from the two pictures, that Eric is the Coon , Which -- as has been previously stated -- is a racial profiling, and confounds me to wonder why he'd be the Coon... This seems to be a Marvel vs DC episode... A batman-vigilante-esque character, and another 'Mysterious' character. I ori...

Re: Stop using so many computer effects on southupark....

I bet you $100 that they used computer digital effects on the first four seasons. Only the first was 90% paper.

Re: *1214: The Ungroundable* Post-Air Discussion

Yeah, Butter's parent's seemed mean for the sake of being mean.
Otherwise, that was a hilarious episode. The biggest joke is the irony in how the goth kids "Don't care what anyone" thinks about them, yet the entire episode is based upon how much they care.

Re: BRING BACK MR DERP!!!!!!

I don't think you have comprehended the complexities in Mr. Derp's comic nature. There's more to him than meets the eye.

Sheila Palin

I can't help but thinking Sheila Broflovski looks and acts so much like Sarah Palin...
(Just inadvertently)
Who agrees we could see an episode with Kyle's Mom running for a political position mirroring Ms. Palin's?

Re: I miss the deaths of Kenny....

I had been thinking about that lately, after watching the 'Gnomes' episode. Sometimes the response is funnier than the death. I remember the first time I saw that, my friend was repeating "...but we squished like a bug!" more than any other line. It's fun for main characters to die, like s...

Re: New films?

I just hope it's a high school musical in the vein of Grease, and satirizing other 1960-90's school comedies.

I, too however, feel discouraged, nobody has mentioned anything besides the fact these movies were under production.

Re: BRING BACK MR DERP!!!!!!

Mr. Derp was better than Chef, in my opinion. His antics go right to the funny bone! He does make casual appearances in the background, once in a while, but nothing hardcore. Mr. Derp really should come back as a regular character. He's the kooky, solid, and hilarious mentor the kids so solely need ...

Re: *1210: Pandemic* Post-Air Discussion

This was a great episode. Is it a 2-parter? Doesn't matter. The cliff-hanger was hilarious. If things take the 'sitcom' root (everything goes back to normal), it may be even more funny than an ending. But who knows? Pan flute players? I haven't seen any except at Ren fairs. I take it this is this ne...

Re: Baseketball Hate

A sequel to Cannibal would make more sense than Basketball. Maybe some people hate it because of the quote from South Park " ... Just like the time we got our money back from Basketball". People will take things like this and distort it, think Matt and Trey disliked the film, and perhaps s...

Re: Butters' Dad

Yeah, I know she's called him "Chris!" and "Steven!" a few times... Just like on the first couple episodes Cartman's mom, or maybe Kyle's mom, used a different name in the first season.... at least a couple episodes. (It happens all the time in TV, the Simpsons had a lot of this,...

Re: 25 Business lessons from South Park

Although I disagree with several of these "things I learned about business from South Park", the people writing comments (on the page )seemed to be confused with the morals of the episodes, and the premise of the article. Not all episodes' plot are about business, but according to this bad...
