Re: I miss Kenny

I want to see Kenny more often too, but I think it's a serious problem that Trey and Matt have never done too much to develop his family; in twenty-two seasons, we've learned almost nothing about Stuart or Carol. It would be easy to say they simply aren't interesting characters, but the knew just as...

Re: 2205 disappeared

The issue was brought up to me by a friend and yeah, the Full Episodes page is showing nine episodes and skipping #3205. I'm quite certain it's a minor glitch, pending the episode's full announcement, as that is a production number and these episodes are famously completed days before broadcast, so ...

Re: S22E04: "Tegridy Farms" postshow discussion.

So "Tegridy" seems to be a contraction of "integrity"; reminds me of how Rugrats used to have lot of fun with kids mispelling adult terms in childish ways, something South Park toyed with in older episodes ('neurection' comes to mind) but mostly moved on from... although it's Randy who misuses the t...

Re: S22E03: "The Problem with a Poo" postshow discussion

- One of the shoppers complimenting the PC Babies seems to be either Mrs. Galtman from "Holiday Special" or a reuse of her model, though we weren't granted a great look in her debut. - Tom Thompson returns for another newscast after being missing since mid-season 19; we'll see if this is a permanen...

Re: S22E04: "Tegridy Farms" preshow discussion.

Randy running a hemp farm and Butters vaping? I don't think it'll play out this way, but it reminds me a little of "Medicinal Fried Chicken" contrasting fast food restrictions versus marijuana legalization. I certainly think the preview is one of the better ones we've had, telling us a lot about the...

Re: S22E03: "The Problem with a Poo" postshow discussion

Not that anyone probably looks forward to my special thoughts every week, but sorry for the delay all the same - rough, rough weekend. City Council Trivia Since the nineteenth season and Mayor McDaniels' comeback, we've seen much more of the City Council, and the City Hall's first floor, which seems...

Re: S22E03: "The Problem with a Poo" preshow discussion.

I feel a little worried about this episode. Maybe it’s because I’m a supporter of Kavanaugh. I don’t think Mr. Hankey has been in an episode since that ziplining one. I think I’ll like the Apu type jokes the best over the Kavanaugh. After seeing the preview clip, I don't think it's really about Kav...

Re: S22E03: "The Problem with a Poo" preshow discussion.

There's two more episodes scheduled before Halloween, one the day of. Still time. The clip also has the characters refer to there being some weeks to Christmas. Title seems to be a reference to "The Problem With Apu" and the preview clip is obviously reminiscent of the recent Brett Kavanaugh Hearing...

Re: S22E02: "A Boy And A Priest" postshow discussion.

People who say Father Maxi is a great character are just bullsh*tting because aside from Red Hot Catholic Love, he's never been anything but "the priest" for when the characters went to church. He's never been a three dimensional, unique, interesting character. People say this because Priest Maxi i...

Re: S22E02: "A Boy And A Priest" postshow discussion.

Father Maxi's Return It would be a stretch to suggest Priest Maxi is one of the show's more popular or iconic characters, but he's been a fixture since the show's first season and usually maintained a seasonal presence on the show for the first several years, but he drifted out of focus for a full ...

Re: S22E02: "A Boy And A Priest" preshow discussion.

So now, we have a press release with two titles, a banner that says "A Boy and a Priest"... which links to a preview clip titled "The Boys Are Missing". I suspect that's how the titles will land but we'll see. The preview clip has a link online, with the banner, but it refuses to play for me and it'...

Re: S22E02: "A Boy And A Priest" preshow discussion.

The banner is using the "A Boy and His Priest" title, so we'll see where the coin lands on that one. Two weeks in a row they've offered two titles. -- So, my speculation -- I'm expecting that Priest Maxi and Butters develop either a genuine friendship, or work together on a project, and that the par...

Re: South Park next new game ideas and suggestions

I've had an idea in my head I've really liked, where the first portion of the game has no obvious running storyline. After the events of the last role-playing game, the kids throughout the neighborhood are in disagreement over what to play and everyone is trying to do their own thing. The New Kid is...

Re: S22E01: Dead Kids postshow discussion.

After a second viewing, I can't say I've warmed to it. I get it, I just didn't find it funny. Maybe half a chuckle at catching that it was the 'entire glee club' doing the third shooting at SP Elementary. Couldn't help but think of their High School Musical parody and trying to mash that episode wi...

South Park Studios Wiki Thread

As the main (but not only) custodian of the South Park Studios Wiki, I decided to make a thread here where anyone could point out any errors that need correcting or pages they feel are in special need of expansion, share information that might be missing, or ask questions if something just seems off...
