Re: Help!
Does it de-sensitize you to bad language? Sure. Does it make you critical of adults and whether they know what's best? Of course. Does it cause bad behavior and disobedience? *shrugs* All I know is that I started watching it in college when I finally felt I was ready, and fell in love with the cleve...

Re: The Official Stan Discussion Thread thru S17
They may be able to keep Randy divorced and keep the showing going, but there's no way Stan can stay like this. It'll work if they ignore him for six episodes, but after that, something has to happen. ...or they have to get new opening credits.

Re: Kyle Fan Club ! <3
I don't get it. Sure, the stereotypes are right, but does Cartman have to make up crazier ones? <--Self-hating Jew Also, I relate to Kyle, because he tries not to make a big thing of being Jewish, but everyone else does it for him. Even his parents. The only difference is where Kyle wishes he was bl...

Re: Episodes that make you cry
None yet, but in the weeks after You're Getting Old, I've gotten close several times. Good to know that I'm not the biggest pussy here, nor the only one who has fictional characters as a substitute for friends.

Re: Emmy nominations are out, and SP has a spot in it!
I've seen all the episodes of the nominated shows and in my opinion, it'll come down to South Park and Futurama. The fact that they don't have one yet might give the edge to Futurama. Actually, Futurama won for an episode called Roswell That Ends Well in 2002. (In the process, they beat Osama Bin L...

Re: Emmy nominations are out, and SP has a spot in it!
I've said my opinions on Family Guy: it's just been getting lamer. Their plot humor was pretty lame. But South Park simply has a winning formula. All this stuff is 1000x funnier because it's these tiny little fourth graders doing it. Or it's every adult in town being a moron. It's rare, in Family Gu...

Re: The Official Stan Discussion Thread thru S17
What, like Stan's completely incurable? He can go back to being the most popular person in Internet history. He can accompany his dad on dates. He can find a kid at his new school and show them how to become popular in less than a week (be normal, but also be a complete busybody, involving yourself ...

I dunno, I'm Jewish and I'm noticing a growing trend of Jewish guys marrying Chinese women. I just thought it'd be funny if Kyle made it official.

Re: The Official Stan Discussion Thread thru S17
I think I see your point. I'm a pessimist myself, and I probably couldn't hang out with myself for 20 minutes. People online, however, seem to like me for some reason. Maybe Stan becomes a forum mod at terranceandphillip.com? ...oh, right, he hates that too now.

Re: The Official Bradley Discussion Thread thru S17
Bradley is no longer in the classroom, but he can be spotted in the crowd in "Funnybot". He'll be back though, in the commentary for "Coon vs. Coon and Friends", Matt reminds Trey that he's "a great character" and that he said he'll be back, so they agreed he'll defini...
