Login/profile bug

Something is very odd about the login button. Today, when I signed in using my email address and password, I got a step 2 message telling my that fields are required to migrate my account when I already migrated my account. So I was forced to fill in the fields and confirm it before I could continue. Even though I'm signed in, the account button on the top-right corner won't let me view my profile, because the link still says "Sign in"! When will the login/profile issues be fixed.

And when you click on the link, it doesn't take you to the sign-in page. It takes you to the front page instead.

All you can do now is edit your avatar, email, and password. No way to edit your signature, favorites, or collections anymore.

Does the South Park Newsletter still exist? I last got one over 15 years ago.

I had this problem yesterday, so I went through with the migration, but the page just hanged itself and I couldn't do anything. I did notice that every time I come here I have to login. It does not remember us anymore, so I just avoided the site until today, and the login process worked as it should.

I had this problem yesterday, so I went through with the migration, but the page just hanged itself and I couldn't do anything. I did notice that every time I come here I have to login. It does not remember us anymore, so I just avoided the site until today, and the login process worked as it should.

There's also the control panel for my profile shown here. So I guess I can manage my stuff on the control panel now. Thanks.

Even though I have been here (but not so much lately) since 2008 or 2009 (I don't remember now), I just signed up once more for a new account:

I have had my browser remember my username/login/email. I also went old school and wrote it down and taped it on my wall, although I don't think my forgetting or entering the wrong info has ever been the issue. If I have further issues, I will not make a new account after this one. This is it. I will (if I have further issues) email Big-Will to discuss. Let's hope that won't be necessary. I don't know what's going on with this site.

FYI I have writen (under "contact us" for this site) many times, explaining the issues I have been having, including the original issue of not being sucessful in migrating my original account to this new system. To date, I have received absolutely no reply. Not even a "thank you for contacting us, we will get back to you shortly." No response at all.

I had a Facebook account about 10 years ago or so. I closed it, and haven't opened another one. Originally I would go to the IRC of this site, and we would discuss the episodes there in real time. I'm not talking about on this board in the pre-air or post-air threads. The actual IRC. Then in 2010 or 2011 (I don't remember) nall had a sort of a Facebook live (no video in those days), where we could all talk about the current episode in real time, but as I recall it was "real time" in the eastern time zone. When at that time I was living in the west so it was hard to participate as the show didn't air here yet. After that Facebook thing was over, I found I never used my Facebook account, so I closed it. So if I have future login troubles, angeldeb82, I'll email Big-Will. Of course, if I am logged in here and have issues, I can pm him here. But to answer your question, I don't have a Facebook account. Not for 10 years. But thanks for the suggestion

I noticed that there was a bug in the login system that prevented me from logging in. It happened four days ago. When I was trying to login using my email address and password and clicked on the "login button", the login wouldn't take, and I was still logged out. I had to contact the admin to address the problem and wait a few hours before logging in again, and this time the login worked. Now today, the login bug/issue happened again this morning. Same thing: contact the admin, wait a few hours, then login again. There must be some kind of issue going on every few days. Does anyone know why?
