Wrong acts and no subtitles

Hello Forum 
I have a problem with the order of the acts! It happens quite often that the player skips an act, or starts with the second act or with the wrong order of the acts.
What could the problem be? I hope you can help me!
My second problem is, that subtitles are not shown anymore. I dont know why.
