Video seems to load & will not play!! SP Studios site beginning to "SUCK BALLS" . :(

Same here. Can we get traction on this? Anybody want to reply with any suggestions? I've tested using multiple browsers. If I watch an old video, such as the early Trapper Keeper one, I can get that to play. Did they change players at some point? If so, what do I need to do to get this to work?

Big-WIll usually steps in at this point and says you have your ad blocker on and that is making it so you can't watch the episodes. Other issues can be trying to watch using Hulu and not being in the US. I don't think people outside the US can use Hulu so...

I forget other reasons with episode playing issues but these two are the standards as far as I know it.

You might want to clean your cookies, using a program like CClenaer. This helps sometimes.

Yeah, before Hulu took over, I would have been able to provide an answer, but now you have to give us some info to work with before we could be of any help.

Are you in the US? If you are, you could be trying to watch an episode that's currently behind the paywall. If you're a Hulu subscriber, you shouldn't be having any trouble at all.

Are you outside the US? If so, are you watching through one of the Studios' other branches, like the UK or German sites? Or are you being redirected to one of those sites? If you are, I can't help, since I'm blocked from viewing the episodes there, even if I can login.

If you're in a country where you should be able to still watch all the episodes for free and your browser has no trouble loading videos from other sites, I don't know.

Other than that, you could clear your cookies and/or cache, run your antivirus/antimalware software, log out and log back in, or use a different browser.

My Stats: Germany, Firefox Browser.

Clips and Episodes wont load. But the Ads are loading just fine...

I think its the new player. It has Problems with Firefox. Same goes for my Phone, doesnt work in Firefox but with Chrome and Google-Android-Standart Browser.
Never had any Problems until this new Player came up.

Sorry Southpark, this was a superb site and one of my favourites, but i wont change my browser.

Ps: Cookies and Cache deleting doesnt work.

You're visiting from www.southpark.de, correct?

Can you let us know the device type, OS and version, browser and version, Flash Player (if applicable) and version, AdBlock or other plugins if you have them installed, .etc and some specific videos you're trying to watch? I need more details to try and replicate your problem.

Well i just figured it out.
Somehow i still got an old Firefox version installed (41 or sth).
I updated it and it worked again!

My bad!

But thank you for your support!

Edit: Be sure to deactivate the "Do-not-follow" feature in Firefox, otherwise the video wont load

Same here. When I try to load a video it shows "Decode Error" in the video screen. The weird thing is that I can watch Season 1 - Episode 1 without any problem. Fortunaly I can watch it from my smart phone but I'd like to watch it on my notebook rather than on my mobile. Any ideas about what could be causing this issue? Oh, and apologies for bad spelling, I haven't been using english for a really long time :P .
