I see there have been some changes in the "FULL EPISODES" section, which is cool, but... What the hell happened to episodes subtitles? :x Or are still there and I just can't see where the button to turn them on has been placed now?

edit: they are working on some episodes, while they seem not to be working on many others.

Im having the same issue here!

I think it might be some Chrome browser compatibility problem, because they work on IE

The subtitles aren't working here either. I tried different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox), but I can't find them. The button seems to disappear, which is a little bit odd.

Hi, I'm having a similar problem:

The buttom is ok, but the subtitles isn't compatible with the video.

I'm not fluent in english and watch half episodes without subtitle is too hard.

this new video player they are using has a lot of issues. subtitles not working properly (sometimes absent, sometimes off), video skipping one third of the episode.

funny thing is, in my location (Italy) there aren't even ads at the moment, so all of this mess here isn't even for a reason.

but seriously, I understand with new software some problems may surface here and there, but i really wish they would revert to the old video player until they sort things out.

they should at least try this method:

Hi all,

Some additional details would be helpful so we can look into this. For instance. if you could let us know what country you're from, your device, OS and version, browser and version, Flash Player version, (if applicable), and the full URLs of the some of the clips/episodes that are not showing subtitles, we'd appreciate.

I will list all i've got, but i don't think it's a problem on my end. however, I have a crappy Asus Zenfone Go ZC500TG, android 5.1 i think; a xiaomi redmi note 3, miui 7, which is a slightly modified android 6.0.

and then i have a laptop and a desktop pc, both with windows 7.

I'm from Italy. I use chrome (always the latest version) both on android and on windows. I don't know about flash.

Right now I'm watching Elementary School Musical on windows 7 and the subtitles went totally off at some point (i believe after the first segment), so i disabled them.

so far i don't remember episodes skipping segments on windows 7, just on mobile, but it might just be a coincidence.

and lately i haven't stumbled across episodes with no subtitles, so maybe that problem was solved(unless it's just a coincidence).

that's all.

Hello, I´m refreshing the topic:

I'm from Poland, I use mostly firefox and I haven't spanish version of southpark. I want to learn spanish with spanish subs, so when I launch spanish southpark on the main site (http://southpark.cc.com/episodios-en-espanol) and choose any episode, I still have eng dub and subs. What can I do with that?

My hardware is lenovo laptop
