When the video gets to the second ad, after i watch it, the video skips to the part after the third ad and i can't unwind it to "after 2nd ad" .
It always happens, and sometimes on 3rd ad it even jumps to some other episode

I have the same issue, as well.
After second ad the video tries to resume playing, either it skips to 3rd ad timestamp or just replays the add on a loop for ever.
Refreshing the page is only thing that fixes it for me.
