You think Manchester United's players will be loaned to teams in the USA because of Malcolm Glazier? And likewise with Aston Villa and Randy Lernar? Sorry dude but obviously you know very little about football if this is what you reckon. Look at it logically. Glazier wishes to make a successful business investment at United. How does loaning any of his squad to a team in America help. The standard of football in the USA is as good as the English League 1 or to be a little less harsh the English Championship. 'Snot hapnin'.

Lyon to win it or lose in the final.

[quote="Sharpy69":420e4]Also football (especially premiership, compared to rest of europe...i have no idea about scottish) is highly profitable that is what brought Big investors from Russia and USA (However Abramovich uses Chelsea like a toy) [/quote:420e4]

Vladamier Romanov is the Hearts Manager but he is like the Hitler of Hearts...The Team manager isnt allowed to do anything for instance the manager will take his squad line up to Romanov on a thursday and by Friday Romanov has changed it to his line up and this is the team that plays the team manager doesnt get to do anything......

Up Here it is really only Celtic and Rangers that profit from anything as they are the biggest teams going up here..
they are the teams that normally go right into the champions league or at least try to qualify for it any way...(although this year Hearts were to play the champions league qualifyer as Celtic qualifyed when Barca beat the Gunners (Sory GunnersFan27) Normally 1st and 2nd place play qualifyers and 3rd place plays a qualifyer for the UEFA cup)

Here's a question. Did Lampard plan to score like that, was it an intended cross or was it just without thinking?

Good question, hard to say. I don't think he meant it though, it may have clipped iniesta because the shot didnt intentionaly have much bend on it. I fancy my chances with bremen to go far this year, they are a very good german team..getting better!

Out of all us english clubs in the CL, i would have to back arsenal for this competition. A young energetic team such as arsenal is inspiring. (Chelsea bought the league, I dont like Alex Ferguson, he doesn't know when to stop)

Lyon 1-0 Dynamo Kyiv
Real Madrid 1-0 Steaua
Benfica 3-0 Celtic
København 1-0 Man. United
Arsenal 0-0 CSKA Moskva
Hamburg 1-3 Porto
AEK 1-0 Lille
Milan 4-1 Anderlecht

I have to say i was dissapointed last night with ma team getting beat 3-0 but surely there has to be something that can be done to stop these diving B*****d's every time a celtic player brushed past them they hit the deck lick a sniper took them out,,,,,

i agree with you Tweak_Hammertime Arsenal are a good team cause Chelsea have an Ally McCoist (a player who playes up front and dosnt know how to come back and scores goals from 6 yards) in Dider Droggba and Man U......well where do you start with them

First off congratulations to Celtc for that stunning win over Man United.......all i can say about that is OMG..... what a goal by Nakamura and cracking save by Arthur Borac to deny Louis Saha of a penalty (which in my opinion they should nvr have got but thats a rant for l8r on)

So What do you think has been the defining moment of the champions League so far.....? or has there been one yet what do you think?

Hi! I'm from Romania and a Steaua fan! I'm surprised to see a C.L. topic on this forum! :P We just qualified for the UEFA Cup last 32 stage, and for this year, it's the best we could have really dreamt of the CL! :)
