I'd have to go with Jen and say 'Godfather pt.1', although Pulp Fiction, Sin City and Goodfellas are totally amazing too.

Well, the godfather seems like such an obvious answer, but it is the best. Probs along with Pulp fiction, Goodfellas, and The Commitments. And perhaps Shawshank Redemption.

You know, you can't go wrong with a Pixar flick. They're all pretty good. Usually when they come out with a movie, it's one of my favorites, until they come up with something new that tops the old one, and that becomes my favorite.
