I will probably see it
I don't think i'm very happy. I always fall asleep to the sound of my own screams. And then I always get woken up in the morning by the sound of my own screams. Do you think i'm unhappy?

I am infinitely pissed because Dark Horizons said that the final trailer would air on June 15th, but it didn't. That and James L. Brooks said that it would air in May, and I highly doubt that a simple TV spot counts as a final trailer.

And yet the movie's a little more than a month away and BBFC has confirmed one final trailer, but who knows how far off that is? Though the February trailer seems sufficient enough so--

Oh. Uh, yes, I'm definitely planning on seeing this movie. Many, many times. I'm so f*cking stoked.

Does anyone else's theater have the big fiberglass Simpson's couch with the space where you can sit next to Homer and have your picture taken?

I suppose since the last Simpsons Movie thread died, a new one was in order.

It's the only movie I'm actually impatient about coming out. I haven't felt anticipation about a movie like this since I first heard about Jurassic Park back in my youth. I may have to do something I've never done before: go to opening night.

Really it's the only movie I plan on going to this summer. Everything else looks like sh*t.

The Simpsons stopped being funny a while ago. This movie would've been better suited if they decided to make it back during their peak. I might see it, but only if I'm really bored.

It really hard to say what the plot line will be for this film, as it turns out, some of the creators/producers considered dummy scripts just to keep the real story secret...

But if anything, what do we know for sure will end up in the movie.

I've been watching The Simpsons for most of my life, so I most likely will be seeing this movie.

I've been watching The Simpsons on-and-off for as long as I can remember. When I was about 3 years old, my dad watched it with me - I didn't actually get any of the humor, but I thought that the characters looked cute and sounded funny when they laughed.

I'm not sure if that counts as actually WATCHING it, but take that as you will. I'm definitely going to go see the movie when it comes out.

And it's f*cking epic - the animation is gorgeous and I love how we still don't fully know the plot. Ohh man.

Also, yeah, we've got the couch display at our theatre too. Last time I was there everyone's limbs were still attached, which is great. :D

The last time I was at the Marquee, Homer was laying on the floor, and there was caution tape all over the thing. When I came out of the movie he was back in place again.
