Some say it can cause a climate shift, and thats exacly what I can see. It was one of the driest years in California's history, but in Texas, where it is usually dry and hot, they are seeing two weeks of rain and floods. I don't know what to think but "We, we didn't listen!". What do you think? :?
I don't quite get into that topic often, so I wouldn't know whether to believe it or not.

It's not something you can believe in or not. It's something we experience on our skins, throughout the world, on a daily basis.

It could still make sense to wonder whether it's real or not when this topic was opened, 10 years ago, cause many people were just starting to become aware of it.

Quite frankly, it's retarded to even discuss whether there is a global warming now, considering 19 of the last 20 years have been the warmest since when temperatures are measured.

We can discuss the causes, we can discuss astronomical reasons which might also play a role, or consider that it is simply the pollution of the the air (which would be the obvious answer for me, but then again, it's a complex matter).

But as for the global warming per se, it's something that has been measured, not matter of opinion.

Well, if you don't belive the global warming is real, is because you are one of two options: a stupid brain death mother f*cker or you didn't live long enought to know the weather is changing. f*cking Christ, I'm a fat f*ck, and I've been a fat f*ck a great deal of my life and I remember when I had to dress to face the f*ckin' winter, now I don't know what winter cloathing is. The weather is f*cking changing, The North Pole is f*cking melting and the sea levels rising f*cking those who live near the ocean.

103 degrees at the first pitch of the World Series today.

That is not normal. Even for a desert city like Los Angeles.

Yeah, i strongly believe in Global Warming. With the rapid increase in industrialization and evolution of technology, the planet is getting warmer than ever before. I think its a high time to fight against the disaster of extreme weather.

There is no doubt that climate is warming, generally, globally, since Little Ice Age. Many data indicate this fact - from historical sources, through glacial retreat, to biological proxies. I think that nobody can deny this fact, with that all what is known now.
It may be and is at least in part natural tendency. The question is how much human enhance this warming. While large areas were deforested, diverse forms of carbon compounds and gases (we of course may discuss how much they cause greenhouse effect) are emitted to the air a.s.o., it would be strange if we wouldn't influence it at all...
