It's a shame Halloween isn't as popular on this side of the ocean. I'm gonna be dressing as some sort of grim reaper for a work thing, besides that there's not much to do :/

Omg I hadn't thought about pumpkins yet. Dunno if I can get one and carve it AND make the rest of my costume all tonight >_< though, the one I did two years ago with glowsticks inside did look pretty cool...

Hey, offtopic, Edd, are you the same Edduyasha I've heard about on deviantArt? :)

I\'m probably going to end up avoiding the trick-or-treaters again. Damn kids.

I'm probably going to do the same thing for Halloween as I've done the past couple of years.

And by that, I mean sit in my room and play video games.

Well, I have to work on Halloween, but when I get off work I am going to one of the Indian Casinos in my area..I guess they are doing something cool for Halloween, plus I promised my brother I would take him to go watch Saw 4 on Saturday when he finally has a day off. The only things that will probably be open by the time I get off work will be the theater or the Casinos.

She is, but she quit the place some time back. You might have missed the thread about it.

Exactly. This place is much more like home to me...with a nice scattering of artists around.

I can't take this damned holiday any longer, and it hasn't even started! For weeks leading up to Halloween, channels start playing some of the worst 'horror' movies ever. Halloween III: Season of the Witch makes me want to die many times over. Dracula 2000 forces me to kill kittens. Alien: Ressurection is deplorable in every way. Friday the 13th VII...God.

Kill me now.
That's how it's down here on the farm!

Around here, Mischief Night (October 30th) seems to get more attention/news than Halloween itself does. I heard on the Radio that in my area alone, the Police had been called out not 50...(I'm sure you know where I'm going with this )...not 100...not 200...but 289 times because of "mischief" cases...which means youths damaging houses, destroying parks, letting off fireworks in streets/roads and lighting bonfires in any random place.

As for Halloween itself...as of this moment, not one kid has come to my door however that may be down to the fact that my street IS small and snuggled in within the countryside area.
But on the plus side......more sweets for me - though I'm not as crazed on sweets anymore as I was when I was about 10 or 11.

Soo...my boyfriend came to my house, along with some of my brother's friends.

My boyfriend was dressed in the random yukata top I got him from New York City, my brother's friends were- a clown-pirate thing, an escapee from the insane asylum (with a machete), and another pirate. You all know I went as Kyle from South Park...and my brother was a terrorist. Go figure.

:cartmanlaugh:

I'll post pictures in a bit, after I get around to Photoshopping out the flaws and crap...

We got about 20 pounds of candy each...we're going to be so hyper tomorrow...

Just the usual, trick-o-treating. What's weird is that a guy that gives out candy asked me to remove my mask, just to see who's under it and when i removed it, he was questioning why would i hide a pretty face. Did i just got hit on?

But there was this one kid and he said something that made me stop trick-o-treating and go home because it was my treat and one of the greatest thing i heard.

It was at a KFC restaurant and i was waiting for my order and there was this kid, a trick-o-treater, came in and said to the clerk woman "I don't want candy, give me a chicken!" I was laughing my ass off. That was hilarious.

I just recently heard that it's illegal where I live to wear a mask if you're 16 or older. I heard it was all the old people being paranoid about getting their houses TP'ed.

><

Old people...always ruining our fun.

Then i just broken the law numerous times because i'm 18. But it's Halloween, it harmless unless the individual is a pedophile or a robber.

Old people have always ruin fun for centuries. I was yelled at by some old lady because i loved chasing and scaring birds when i was around 10 years old.

Sad thing is, probably about 75% of the people in my town are old geezers.

><

They particularly hate my guts...they're always on my case about something...

I head they've started to enforce that (lame-a*s) rule lately... I just think it's so f*cking stupid. It's Halloween, for cryin' out loud!
