The villians were cool...they had originality to them (and sometimes a sweet motive), and who could resist a cute, little pink doggie?

I liked it a lot for a while, then I began to feel like the episodes were rather formulaic. It's still good as a nostalgia watch every now and then.

Yeah.

I think cartoons and things in general back then were fresher and more original. Nowadays, it just seems that most everything (with a few exceptions) is a remake of something, a crude attempt at comedy/action/drama, or a flashier version of a cliche storyline or something.

Yeah...

*sigh*

Since when did real-life ninjas wear orange? Wouldn't that be like putting a big neon billboard on your back that said 'Kill me'?

Exactly.

That place is huge! I've been there a few times...and...just...wow. The La Guardia Airport in New York City is pretty big, but compared to JFK...

Anyways...back in the day, I enjoyed playing outside with my friends instead of sitting on my butt forum-going. That's when I got that dark tan of mine- I used to be out all the time running, swimming, and fooling around in the sun (before I started getting sick from hot weather and humidity lately).

Yeah, we used to run around Stockton California, (Not a good idea, looking back on it.) and be little hoodlums. But now I live in the damn hills, they suck ass. I'm a flat-lander.

Trust me, 1 week in the hills, you'll be begging for flat land. It sucks even walking down hill. I can walk all over my home city of Stockton, with 300,000+ people, all day. But here, I can't get around the corner without breaking a sweat.

Ah. I see...

Of course, playing outside had its problems. I was prone to cuts and bruises...and bugbites. Oh, ick...I'm still getting bitten by bugs all the time. For the last few weeks, every time I sit on the ground or something, ants find their way up my pants and bite me on the a*s. I'm so serious...it really is embarassing. You want to scratch, but...

><

Yes, I do have two ant bites on my a*s as of this post. They itch really bad...and no, I'm not scratching them.

Those must be big ants down in the south.

Here, we just have field rats. LITERALLY nothing we can do about it! They are running all over the house, and they run up my computer speakers and get on the desk, because my speakers are meant for a TV, so they are tall.

Hmmm. Another memory.....

OH! Do you remember Sockem Boppers?

I hate bugs.

Field rats? I've heard of field mice but field rats?...

Ooh, I remember those! They used to have those commercials all the time! I've never played with them, though- my mom opposed anything that had anything remotely close to violence (no toy guns...swords...Sockem Boppers)...
