The song's called "The Kids" and it features his alter-ego Slim Shady telling a class a series of cautionary tales about drug use. He tries to imitate Mr. Mackey & fatass during the song. The point of the song seems to be Mr. Mathers lashing back at people who would claim some dumb kids are gonna start using drugs because they hear him rapping about them. He actually makes a decent point.
