The kid is put away from society for the rest of his life?

What?

Not to mention, what crimes? He didn't commit any crimes. And why would he need to ask forgiveness from God? Since when did it become a sin to honor your parents?

I meant that the crime is the murder of his mother, and he was just 16 years old, since the death penalty does not apply to those under 18.
Still the same as it ever was.

Wow....

He didn't murder his mother. He had his high school diploma taken away from him for blowing a kiss to his mother on stage during his graduation ceremony.

What does that have to do with a kid's diploma being withheld for blowing a kiss to his mother? I'm sorry, I just had to ask.

about the graduation showboating: theres something fundamentally wrong with highschool life in 1 in six American towns. Its a problem far too profound to adequately word... but that would be a situation where whoever denied him that diploma showed us a bubbling at the dark mass under the skin of every 1950's mutation of a highschool, whose student's only solace is South Park.
South Park good. Authority bad. It feels good to be a so-called dumbass and say what's always on humankind's collective unconscious.
