Ed, Edd n Eddy
Hey Arnold
Tom and Jerry
South Park (since 1997)
SpongeBob SquarePants
Rocko's Modern Life
Ren and Stimpy (did not like it; to much)

I didn't really watch a whole lot of television as a kid, still don't.
My favorite SP characters: Cartman and Butters.

My favorite food: anything pasta related.

For me, there is a very distinct cut off between cartoons I watched before I discovered The Simpsons, and cartoons I watched after I discovered The Simpsons. This momentous event occurred somewhere around 1995 when the show was syndicated on a local TV station in an after-school time slot. (There was no FOX where I grew up until about 1996 and no local FOX station until 1999).
I distinctly remember the incarnation of Nick Toons in the early 90's. This marked the beginning of Nickelodeon making its own animated shows rather than just syndicating old Warner Bros. stuff.
Shows I remember watching, broken down by network.

Nickelodeon:
Ren & Stimpy
Rugrats
Doug
Rocko's Modern Life (this show was so good, I've got 3 volumes on DVD)
Hey Arnold!
Rocky & Bullwinkle (what's up, Frostbite Falls!?)

Saturday morning broadcast:
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Ace Ventura: Pet Detective
Super Mario Bros.
The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin
G.I. Joe (80's version)
Aladdin, Lion King and all those early Disney movie-turned-Saturday-morning-cartoon shows

USA network:
Captain Planet
Johnny Quest reruns
Flintstones reruns
Inspector Gadget
Muppet Babies

There was also a bunch of non-animated shows I remember like:
Mr. Roger's Neighborhood
You Can't Do That on Television
Saved By the Bell
321 Contact
Pee Wee's Playhouse
Pete & Pete
Clarissa Explains it All

I might have gotten some of those networks wrong, but who cares.

I've watched all those shows back in the day. Ah, the good ol' days before crappy digital cartoons exist.

God, I had totally forgotten about those.

Here's a couple I bet no one's thought of in about 20 years: Rude Dog and the Dweebs and Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats. Not to mention the Twisted Tales of Felix the cat. And no one's mentioned the many incarnations of Sonic the Hedgehog (although the original was best imo), or the Mario Bros. Cartoons? (also earliest was best)

Of course, I grew up on the classics. Looney Tunes, Tex Avery, Tom & Jerry, some Flintstones, some Jetsons. There were some early Disney cartoons on when I was real young, but they were pretty much off by the time I was 5 or 6 I think. There was a new batch that came around in the 90's, but... meh.

There's more, but I can't remember them right now. I"ll add on later.

From what my "control f" tells me, no one has said Courage the Cowardly Dog.

I still think that show is hella-cool.
