Sate of the Interview

Postby jfast94 » Thu Mar 03, 2016 6:38 pm

So, I've been working on switching careers and I have actually been getting a few interviews. o much s, that I've used up almost all my sick days at work to go on them.

The issue is that even if I get the 2nd interview there is radio silence. Is it the standard for HR to never get back to you now? Seems that if they bring you in once, and sometimes twice, they could at least send out the boilerplate rejection. Thoughts? Thanks!

Places like hire 80% of there employees from networking and so its people that know someone who get hired. So you already have a small chance of getting a job. Then there are like 30 people that get interviewed for one job. Job finding is very difficult. Good luck though.

I couldn't get a job rate now if I tried or it would be super sh*tty.
What seems to be the officer problem?
