I bet most of you people hate both of these artists, the world does, and that's what makes these two guys so similar. People consider Marilyn Manson to be the shock-rocker version of Eminem, and consider Eminem to be the rapper version of Marilyn Manson. They're both two of the most controversial musicians ever to step foot on the media, so that's what gave me the idea to make this poll.

i liked manson before... now, more eminem than manson; but both are great in their work.

eminem is now a talentless hack in my opinion. his debut, infinite, sucked, the slim shady lp was good and the marshall mathers lp had its moments, but anything after that i can't stand to listen to. his new songs seem like nothing more than parodies of his older work. i'm not a huge manson fan either, but i pick him simply because i just find him to be really interesting. listen to him during his interviews; he's a very intelligent man.

Marilyn Manson WILL NEVER BE ALICE COOPER! He's trying really hard though! So I pick eminem even if rap also blows, Marilyn just blows more.

I like them both..I like artists that produce controversial songs/videos..They both have made songs I like, however they aren't two of my favorite musicians....But I guess I will pick Manson because it was funny the way this religious bitch ( who wouldn't stop bothering me and my friends) used to get all pissed off by the mention of his name.

Manson made three really good albums; Antichrist Superstar, Mechanical Animals, and Holy Wood. The last of those was made in 2000. Since then, his musical output has been shite, but his watercolor paintings are nice. you can see them on his website.

I voted Manson. Not a fan of him, but listening to rap makes me want to slice my ears off.

Well, I’m not a big fan of either, but if I REALLY half to pick, I’d say Eminem.

Stuff in the rock genre is what I’m into, as you probably have noticed.

I'll go with Marilyn Manson.
He knows exactly what he's doing and is playing in to the gothic trend amazingly well, where Eminem is just... annoying.
Although Manson's not a great live performer lately, he just made me laugh my ass off last summer.
