yeap... I believe in Global Warming, but I dont think it will happen anywhere near my lifetime. Maybe in a million years... I used to think we were being pulled in by the sun.

It's not something you can believe in or not. It's something we experience on our skins, throughout the world, on a daily basis.

It could still make sense to wonder whether it's real or not when this topic was opened, 10 years ago, cause many people were just starting to become aware of it.

Quite frankly, it's retarded to even discuss whether there is a global warming now, considering 19 of the last 20 years have been the warmest since when temperatures are measured.

We can discuss the causes, we can discuss astronomical reasons which might also play a role, or consider that it is simply the pollution of the the air (which would be the obvious answer for me, but then again, it's a complex matter).

But as for the global warming per se, it's something that has been measured, not matter of opinion.

Yeah, i strongly believe in Global Warming. With the rapid increase in industrialization and evolution of technology, the planet is getting warmer than ever before. I think its a high time to fight against the disaster of extreme weather.

It's been 15 years since this poll was made, and it's pretty clear that global warming is real. It is no longer a matter of belief. If your skin can't tell the difference between temperatures five years ago and now, there's something wrong with your internal thermometer.

Many people think it's man-made to the point of saying it's an industry now, with media being created to deny that it's real, or to say that the way to fight it is to switch to renewable fuel sources. But these fuel sources are often unreliable for various reasons: no sunlight at night, periods of no wind or of still water, etc.
